How to Order
- Choose a window treatment.
- Customize it by selecting measurements, mount type, control options, and more.
- Add to your cart.
- Click "Continue Shopping" to order treatments for additional windows.
- When finished, click "Checkout."
- At this point, you will be asked to sign in or create a new Bali Blinds account.
- Once you have signed in, you will be asked to review order details. Click "Continue to Checkout" or open your confirmation email and click "Return to Costco.com" to complete your purchase.

valance returns
Valance returns create the sides of the valance, covering the exposed headrail and providing a finished look.
- If you chose outside mount for your mount type, you'll need valance returns.
- If you chose inside mount, you don't need valance returns as long as there's enough window depth so that the window treatment and valance both mount flush with the front of the window frame. If your window treatment even partially juts out beyond the window casing, choose valance returns.
